I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey working with teens, adults, and young adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and body image struggles. While I support a range of emotional and relational issues, I have a particular passion for working with individuals struggling with disordered eating and their relationship with food and their bodies.
Many of my clients feel caught in cycles — perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism, or patterns around food and control. What appears as an eating or body image concern on the surface is often deeply connected to anxiety, identity, trauma, or unmet emotional needs. We'll explore those underlying layers while building practical, sustainable tools for change.
My style is empathetic, nurturing, and collaborative, balanced with playfulness and thoughtful challenge. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to sit with discomfort when growth requires it. I integrate trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and relational approaches to help you understand your patterns and develop a more compassionate, confident relationship with yourself.
Whether you are navigating body image concerns, relationship stress, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from who you want to be, therapy can be a space to reconnect and rebuild from a place of self-trust.
