Individual therapy is a collaborative process focused on understanding emotional experiences, identifying unhelpful patterns, and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Sessions are tailored to your goals and designed to support both short-term relief and long-term growth.
While my practice focuses on individual therapy, there may be times when inviting a partner or family member into a session can be helpful. These sessions are offered on a limited basis and are intended to support the goals of individual treatment rather than ongoing couples or family therapy.
